A recent photo appearing to depict a wave on the surface of Loch Ness is sparking debate about the legend of the Loch Ness monster. According to The Scotsman, David Elder of East Kilbride was at the pierhead at Fort Augustus when he saw what he called ‘black area of water 15ft long, which developed into a bow wave.’ Here’s the photo:
