In fact, a lot of the tours sell out in a couple of hours! But what is it and how does it work? How can you, potentially new to Expat Explore, prepare for this travel promotion? So, what’s the fuss about?
The prices are super affordable. This is the big reveal of departure dates of all our tours for the following year, with their prices at their absolute lowest. The reason for this is our special pricing model. Explorers that book first are rewarded with the lowest-priced seats on every tour. That means the earlier you get in, the lower your rate. This approach, in combination with the excellent relationships we have with our suppliers, enables us to keep our tour prices as low as possible. We really care that you get the best value, the best deal, and the best experience at a very affordable rate. We want to make travel possible – for everyone.
Which tours are on sale?
Basically all of our tours. Currently, we have over 70 different tour packages available that travels to more than 60 countries on 5 continents: Europe, North America, South America, Africa and Asia. This campaign takes off when we release tour dates and rates for the following year. So, this year, we’ll be releasing all 2020 (and some 2021) departures.
How can I book?
You can book online, or have the option to book with one of our sales’ team members on the phone. They can also support you while you’re in online checkout over instant chat or on the phone. You only need to pay a 10% deposit or £50 (minimum amount) to secure your booking. Once this is paid, you can pay off your tour in instalments up until 45 days before you depart. We accept all major credit cards online at our secure checkout.
What do I need to book?
Your preferred date of travel. When you peruse our tours, scroll down to the dates and rates section to see the departure dates on offer. As soon as you’re in the checkout section, we need you to supply us with the personal details of the primary booker (names, email, billing address etc.). For the payment, we need your credit card details to process the booking.
If you’re a return traveller, also keep your previous booking number handy. We use this to verify that you are a returning customer and to apply your 10% return traveller discount.
How long does the promotion run?

Is there a limit on the number of seats I can book?
There is no limit to the number of seats you can book, but there might be a limit on the number of seats you can book at a specific price. We are only selling a certain number of seats per price bracket per departure. Once those seats are gone the price goes up slightly.
I am a return customer. Am I still eligible for a 10% discount on these low prices?
Yes! We love our return customers. We’ll issue a 10% rebate on your checkout amount. All you have to do is supply your previous booking number in the checkout. We’ll verify your booking and apply the discount to your booking.
What else do I need to know?

Hello, I have a few questions regarding the promotional deals;
1. As a return customer I will get my 10% discount on the promotional price. However, if my booking for the tour is for 2 persons, would the promotional price be applicable to both persons or just the return customer?
2. After booking a tour date at the promotional price, can we change the tour date after?

The 10% return traveler discount is only given to travelers who have previously completed a tour with Expat Explore. If you book for two travelers, both travelers will be receiving the promotional price but only the return traveler will be receiving a discount on this promotional price.
With regards to changing the tour dates after the initial booking has been made , our normal terms and conditions will apply.

Do you still offer 5% discount for anyone who is referred by a former traveller with expat?

We no longer offer the 5% referral discounts on our tours. If you have previously been on an Expat Explore tour, we do offer a 10% return traveler discount on all future tours that you book directly with us.
